How can we get a work permit in Turkey?
There are generally three ways to receive chalishma izin in Turkey.
1) Company registration and working as an employer:
After registering the company in Turkey, you can apply for an Eizan. By registering the company and paying the insurance premium and company tax, you can apply for a work permit. Your insurance premium will be from 1,500 to 2,500 lines. For more information, you can read the article on company registration in Turkey.
But you should note that the company you register is completely owned by you. Having a partner in the company charter is one of the reasons for the rejection of most work permit applications in Turkey.
The next thing you should pay special attention to is having documents related to your activity. For example, if you are going to open a company to sell cars, you need to get a car gallery certificate. To receive this degree, you must attend 90 hours of class.
The next thing is the location of your company. You can buy or rent a place as your office. But you should note that the relevant place should be prepared according to your company and type of activity. For example, to start a car rental company, you must have a place with parking. Or provide a minimum area of 60 meters for a cafe.
